Community Service Committee Diaper Drive

The Community Service Committee has organized a Diaper Drive to benefit the Saint Saviour’s Center Healthy Baby Program.

Items most needed are diapers in sizes: NEWBORN, SIZE FOUR and SIZE FIVE. Baby Wipes are also appreciated.

Please drop off items to any of the following locations by May 20th:

- RRAR Board Office
- St. Saviour’s Center (616 Tucker Street, Raleigh)

- CityGate Real Estate (404 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh)
- Prudential YSU Cameron Village
- Coldwell Banker Advantages offices in Cary, Raleigh and Wake Forest

Did you know:
- Diapers cost about $100 or more per month are not covered by public assistance programs.
- Many families have to cut back on essentials like food or heat to buy diapers.
- Daycare centers require disposable diapers.
- Cloth diapers are prohibited at Laundromats; families often re-use disposable diapers.
- Babies are more likely to be abused when they cry from not be changed frequently enough.
