Sign Up for the RRAR Safety Seminar, Learn How to Avoid Dangers on the Job

The Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® will host its sixth annual free Safety Seminar for members this Friday, Sept. 17 at 111 Realtors Way in Cary. Free breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m. followed by the program from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Leigh Woody, senior trainer of Citizens Against Crime, will lead the seminar and instruct participants how to protect themselves best at work and at home. Real estate agents face more on-the-job risks than many other business professionals due to hazards at vacant properties and open houses, unfriendly animals in neighborhood, unsafe property and threatening or harassing phone calls. This seminar will tell you how to stay safe in these potentially dangerous scenarios, emphasizing knowledge, awareness and empowerment.

Due to a limited amount of space, registration is required to attend this event. To register, call Sonya Yankoglu at (919) 654-5400 or e-mail her at SonyaY@rrar.com with your name, phone number and company, or fill out the form at http://www.rrar.com/event-registration.cfm/event/176/date/540.
