- HUD will stop applying the HVCC rules to FHA Loans
- VA loan delinquencies are showing little increases because they feel these individuals have to meet a stricter loan qualification process
- Housing affordability is the best since 1970!
- They predict that home mortgages will average 5.8% in 2010
- The NAR Member Credit Union is uip to 2,000 members and they are offering auto loans at 4.75%, for more information to to
www.realtorsfcu.org
- Pending home sales are on the rise, but it is taking longer to get to closing
